As a Branch Assistant, you will be central to the branch’s day-to-day performance. The role is varied and may involve warehouse support, serving customers at the retail counter, and handling deliveries. Key duties

  • Help build and maintain a safety-first culture, with the customer placed at the centre of every activity.
  • Support delivery of branch performance against core business measures and KPI targets in line with wider company goals.
  • Contribute to an efficient branch operation by ensuring the right controls and processes are in place for a customer-focused experience.
  • Work as part of the fleet team while keeping a customer-first mindset.

  • Improve returns, credits, and warranty handling to make customer support smoother and more effective at the retail counter.
  • Assist in maintaining strong retail standards so the branch delivers an excellent in-store experience.

  • Provide delivery support when needed and help keep the branch ready for growth through high service standards.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of service that reinforces customer excellence.
