Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a brand designer who can support a variety of branding projects for a fast-moving organization. The position is fully remote and is well suited to someone who enjoys shaping how a company looks and communicates through thoughtful visual work.
The ideal professional will bring a strong body of brand design work and be able to turn business goals into clear, engaging design outcomes that strengthen identity and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and improve brand systems such as logos, colour direction, typography choices, and visual standards.
- Work with stakeholders to understand what each project needs and turn those goals into practical design concepts.
- Produce brand materials for both digital and print use while keeping the look and feel consistent everywhere it appears.
- Share concepts and design reasoning with internal teams, then apply feedback in an efficient way.
- Revise and maintain brand guidelines so they stay aligned with changing business needs.
- Handle several projects at once, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrated background in brand design, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with other design software.
- Solid grasp of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and design systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to others.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage time well.
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting and responding to feedback constructively.
- Able to stay available for agreed timelines and project deliverables.
