About the role

The Brand Designer will define and protect the visual identity of the company’s brands, ensuring that its products and marketing presence feel unified, polished, and recognizable. You will create design assets for marketing, sales, events, and digital channels while developing brand systems and guidelines that can scale as the business grows. This role calls for a designer with strong brand-building skills, a sharp eye for typography and visual consistency, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. It is well suited to someone who can juggle several priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high standard of craft.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain clear visual brand standards for the company and its product lines.
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, social graphics, email templates, and event collateral.
  • Develop new visual identities for upcoming products and campaign launches.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to produce frequent on-brand creative assets.
  • Keep external materials consistent across sales decks, merchandise, and other customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and design tradeshow booths, event experiences, and branded event assets.
  • Work with product design teammates to align marketing visuals with product interface branding.
  • Organize and maintain a shared brand asset library for team-wide use.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in brand design or graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and visual system creation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Practical experience building and managing brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Strong typography knowledge and careful attention to visual detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once in a high-paced environment.
  • Prior work in B2B, technology, or industrial branding is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.
