Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage payments accepting cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit transactions.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee and guide various staff members including apprentices, stage hands, and design teams.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
