Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a remote contract basis. This role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes, creating high-quality business documents, and collaborating with a customer's team to provide feedback on business content. You will play a key part in assessing data sets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and applying business strategy consulting skills to solve complex problems. A significant aspect of the role includes contributing to AI training datasets by reviewing and validating business intelligence scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes utilizing advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools.
• Develop, format, and manage superior business documents and presentations intended as training data for AI initiatives.
• Engage in remote collaboration with the client's team to review and offer feedback on various business-related materials.
• Evaluate data sets and documents for precision, lucidity, and compliance with confidentiality protocols.
• Employ business strategy consulting expertise to address intricate challenges and convey practical recommendations.
• Support the creation and refinement of AI training data through the review and validation of business intelligence contexts.

Requirements

• A minimum of experience in business-focused positions, ideally with a foundation in business education.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Competence in Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Proven ability in business process analysis, content generation, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, coupled with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
