Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Data & AI to play a vital role in advancing our AI transformation efforts. This position involves linking complex technical data concepts with practical business applications to optimize Shared Services via data-driven strategies and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Shared Services stakeholders to identify opportunities for data and AI-based improvements.
• Convert business needs into actionable solutions involving data, analytics, and AI aligned with strategic transformation goals.
• Analyze data utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI to extract meaningful insights.
• Assist in creating dashboards, comprehensive reporting systems, and data modeling frameworks.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining data governance protocols, ensuring quality, control, and traceability of data assets.
• Assess, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with technology, data, and product groups to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Quickly adapt to new business domains and shifting priorities across various projects.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on data and analytics.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with data analysis technologies including SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance principles and adherence to best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging diverse business audiences.
• Experience in the financial services sector is desirable but not mandatory.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to learn rapidly and contribute across multiple business functions.

Compensation Details

The role offers a base salary ranging between $170,000 and $190,000.
