Role overview

We are seeking a driven Business Developer who can spot expansion opportunities, create valuable partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth plans. This role suits someone with a strong commercial mindset, confident communication abilities, and the capacity to nurture lasting professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Find and pursue fresh business leads, partnership prospects, and potential customers.
  • Carry out market and competitor research to uncover areas for growth.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage productive relationships with clients, partners, and other important stakeholders.
  • Draft business proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts and partnership terms.
  • Observe market developments and share strategic insights with management.
  • Maintain records of business development efforts and prepare regular performance updates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a comparable function.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in market research and assessing business opportunities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred background

  • Prior exposure to consulting, government-related projects, or strategic partnership work.
  • Understanding of business strategy and commercial operations.
