About the Role and Company

This opportunity is with Axis Bank Pvt Ltd for the position of Business Development Associate within the CASA Sales department. The role is based in Surat, Gujarat and involves on-roll employment with the bank.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Current Accounts and Savings Accounts to acquire new customers.
• Engage in local marketing activities and travel daily to meet prospective clients.
• Reach out to existing customers to encourage increased deposits and cross-selling of additional banking products.
• Consistently strive to meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
• Complete all mandatory certifications pertinent to the role such as AMFI and EUIN after joining.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development programs facilitated by the bank.
• Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions using the bank’s CRM system.
• Adhere strictly to all regulatory and compliance guidelines applicable during all activities.
• Be actively involved and comply with all initiatives introduced by the bank periodically.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Any degree qualification is sufficient to apply.
• Owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary package includes a cost to company (CTC) of approximately ₹19,000 monthly, with a take-home salary around ₹15,800 plus incentives that may range between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month depending on performance.
