Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify forthcoming project opportunities in Data Centres, Semiconductor, Healthcare, and Commercial/Mixed-Use sectors.
- Analyze market data involving land sales, competitors' actions, procurement patterns, and government infrastructure plans to derive strategic business insights.
- Maintain a comprehensive opportunity tracking system from project inception to tender award stages.
- Advise leadership on strategies for market entry and optimize resource planning aligned with long-term company growth.
- Obtain early intelligence on tenders prior to official market announcements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Estimating, Operations, and Engineering for detailed Go/No-Go bid evaluations.
- Lead development of competitive win strategies utilizing competitor and market intelligence.
- Drive Early Contractor Involvement and pre-construction activities to position the company as a preferred partner.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, end-users, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor ensuring continuous engagement on client needs and objectives.
- Implement structured client engagement processes to gather feedback and promote repeat business.
- Represent the company at major industry events and trade associations.
- Promote core competence areas including Design & Build, Digital Construction, Sustainability, and Advanced Construction Technologies.
- Develop and maintain influential networks within government bodies, architectural firms, and project management consultancies.
- Oversee client experience throughout project lifecycles.
- Advocate internally for client feedback to enhance service delivery and foster continuous improvement.
- Manage complex stakeholder issues ensuring timely resolution and sustained client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
- Minimum five years of experience in Business Development, Project Development, or senior sales roles within Construction, Engineering, or Property Development industries.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s construction market and procurement environment.
- Preferred: Established network with Developers, Data Centre/Semiconductor operators, and project consultants.

- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, adept at engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
