Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets. This is a work-from-home position.
Work Details

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Commission: 50% incentive structure (as per company policy)
Performance Targets
- Monthly Revenue Target: ₹7,50,000
- Minimum Client Onboarding Target: 50 clients per month
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve onboarding targets.
- Meet monthly revenue targets and sales objectives.
- Conduct presentations and explain products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Follow up with leads and ensure proper customer engagement.
- Update customer information and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Submit regular performance reports to management.
Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred
Additional Information
This role is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results in areas such as software development, web applications, AI system implementation, or other projects aligned with the business development function. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting technical research, problem-solving, and ensuring the fulfillment of business objectives through technology-driven solutions. Additional activities may involve mentoring or contributing to front-end/back-end development skills.
