Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Development Manager. The position centers on finding new business prospects, nurturing client partnerships, and creating plans that help meet sales goals. The role also involves researching the market, preparing proposals, and working with internal teams to ensure the services offered match client requirements. A major part of the job is supporting revenue expansion and growing the agency’s client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for opening new business channels through cold outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social media engagement. It also includes contacting and onboarding new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and running sales discussions, presentations, and negotiations. The manager will close deals, work toward monthly revenue objectives, design and execute sales plans, coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads, and keep CRM records and sales data up to date. Regular tracking of market shifts, competitor moves, and weekly/monthly performance reporting are also part of the role.

Compensation and Targets

The compensation structure includes a fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000 plus 50% commission on closed business, according to company policy. The revenue target is AED 40,000 per month. Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities are also part of the package.

Requirements

  • Background in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Good command of market research and data analysis
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comfort using CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage
