Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding our adviser network, driving new business growth, and leading a team of advisers towards achieving high sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisers to expand the sales force.
- Generate new business opportunities through effective adviser management.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of advisers to ensure peak performance.
- Motivate the team consistently to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to strengthen adviser capabilities.
Requirements
- Age between 21 and 42 years.
- Minimum educational qualification of graduation.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
