Job Overview
The Business Development Manager at Helm is a full-time position based in a hybrid work setting combining remote work and in-office presence at El Maadi, Cairo. The role focuses on crafting and executing growth strategies, identifying new partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to expand Helm's impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison and manager for all client-related matters.
- Establish and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and presentations while analyzing outcomes and providing problem-solving recommendations.
- Handle critical client requests or escalations as necessary.
- Lead or engage in regular meetings, quarterly reviews, and continuous client communications.
- Identify and develop new business prospects and long-term client accounts.
- Design and implement sales plans to retain existing business and seize new opportunities.
- Create presentations and participate in client meetings.
- Attend relevant networking events to expand market presence.
- Prepare business proposals, follow up on submissions, and negotiate closing deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience, preferably including account management.
- Proven capability in delivering client-centered solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and successful execution of business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
