Role Overview
The position entails leading and expanding the industrial infrastructure development division of a company engaged in Grade A land, industrial parks, and logistics park projects. The Business Head will oversee the growth of the business from its current revenue base of 50 crore rupees to many folds higher, encompassing industrial parks, logistics parks, industrial land, and plot developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and enhance the profitability of the existing industrial infrastructure business.
- Significantly expand the scope and scale of the business beyond current levels.
- Motivate and lead the team, fostering a culture of high competence and excellence.
- Incorporate cutting-edge technology and modern methodologies into business operations.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ambitious with a strong drive to achieve growth targets.
- Demonstrated capability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Proficient in communication and management, maintaining professionalism at all levels.
