Job Overview
This role focuses on converting various data sources into strategic and tactical insights that support business decisions within the organization. The analyst will gather, integrate, and analyze both internal and external data to generate detailed historical, current, and forecasted operational views.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess expertise in advanced Excel techniques, handling large data sets, and creating VBA macros.
- Collaborate with various business functions to comprehend their primary objectives and key performance indicators.
- Utilize standard metrics, methodologies, and tools to analyze relevant data collections effectively.
- Participate in developing and delivering foundational Business Intelligence tasks such as data synthesis and producing reports.
- Manage routine, scheduled, and special reporting requirements and conduct data analysis accordingly.
- Support enhancements of data processing workflows, pipelines, and query designs involving extensive data sets.
- Apply analytical methods to identify data trends and patterns from accessible sources.
- Contribute to technical design efforts using object-oriented approaches.
- Assist in monitoring performance, improving efficiency, and tracking critical global initiatives.
- Optimize reports to improve their processing speed and overall efficiency.
- Design visual content ensuring alignment with optimal user interface standards and company branding guidelines.
- Provide clarifications and address inquiries raised by business leaders related to reporting outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work-based experience.
- Between 2 to 4 years of pertinent Business Intelligence experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
- Proficient in business English for both written and verbal communication.
- Strong technical skills in advanced Excel functions, VBA programming, Power Query, and Power Automate.
