L&T SuFin is a B2B e-commerce marketplace designed for SME buyers and sellers, with a focus on construction and industrial products and services. By using L&T’s expertise in procurement, logistics, finance, and IT, the platform helps sellers broaden their reach and enables buyers to source the right products and services with better cost efficiency and quality.
Role Overview
This is a permanent, individual contributor role for a Relationship Manager focused on buyers. The position involves building buyer relationships, driving platform usage, and converting engagement into transactions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract buyers to the platform and encourage them to complete transactions.
- Meet assigned numbers and revenue objectives.
- Spot business opportunities and propose solutions aligned to the platform.
- Suggest banks or NBFCs based on customer profiles and coordinate loan or financing support.
- Strengthen customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
- Use persuasive communication to engage buyers effectively.
- Maintain a steady and dependable career record.
Candidate Profile
Preferred candidates will have experience in BFSI sales, especially SME and business banking or trade finance, and may also come from companies such as Moglix, Power2SME, or Industry Buying. The role is suited to professionals with strong relationship-building ability and a clear track record of generating revenue.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing is preferred, though any graduate can apply. The required experience level is 5 to 12 years.
Work Details
This is a full-time permanent position. The work location will be as assigned for the role.

The ability to communicate confidently in English and Hindi, or in the relevant local language, is important for success in this role.
