Job Overview
The Cake Decorator role focuses on preparing high-quality bakery and deli products for customers. It involves engaging with customers directly at the service counter, managing merchandise, and ensuring that food safety and cleanliness standards are rigorously maintained to support team success.
Compensation
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $32, guaranteed to meet or surpass the local minimum wage requirement. Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives. Employees may also receive hourly premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 depending on specific shifts, location, season, or tasks performed, with multiple premiums possible simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, onsite role with available shifts including mid-shift and closing hours. The workplace is Walmart Supercenter #6395 at 4 Bluffton Rd, Bluffton, South Carolina.
