Job Role and Responsibilities

The Call Center Agent is a full-time, on-site position located in Qatar. The primary function involves managing both inbound and outbound telephone communications, addressing patient questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, and delivering accurate details regarding hospital services and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong customer-facing skills, with experience as a Customer Service Representative and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proven capability in customer support, adept at professionally and efficiently managing inquiries, complaints, and appointment scheduling requests.
  • Fluent spoken and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Preparedness to operate effectively in a dynamic, shift-based environment with excellent organizational and time management competencies.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or call center sectors is essential.
