About the Role
Sira is seeking an experienced Career Manager to support professionals in moving toward roles that fit their goals and background. In this position, you will work remotely with clients, study different industries and professions, and provide personalized guidance throughout their job search journey. The role calls for strong knowledge of hiring practices, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in helping people progress in their careers.
What You’ll Do
- Study a range of industries and professions to prepare useful internal briefing material.
- Run detailed onboarding conversations to understand each client’s work history, strengths, and aspirations.
- Recommend suitable job titles and role options based on the client’s experience and target direction.
- Shape CV structure and content so it aligns with the positions clients want to pursue.
- Design interview preparation programs customized to each individual.
- Speak with recruiters from different industries to gather practical insights about roles and hiring expectations.
- Create daily job-application plans across multiple platforms for clients.
- Review application progress and adjust strategy when results need improvement.
- Handle client concerns and objections in a way that turns hesitation into forward movement.
- Meet with clients who are encountering difficulties and help refine the action plan.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the client experience remains smooth and coordinated.
- Build dependable, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistent support.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, career services, or a related field.
- Background in career coaching or counseling.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment workflows and HR practices.
- Strong client-handling and customer service abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to move comfortably between the two.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills.
- Fast, thoughtful decision-making and response ability.
- Careful attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Interest in ongoing learning and self-improvement.
- Comfort using digital tools and software platforms.
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and tasks.
- Dependable follow-through and consistent on-time delivery.
