About the Role

Key Responsibilities
You will help maintain strong working relationships with guests and ensure information is communicated quickly and accurately. The role also involves working closely with team members from different cultural backgrounds, reviewing information from multiple systems, and responding appropriately to issues identified through surveillance or computer-based analysis.
- Represent the business professionally in person, over telephone or radio, and through electronic communication.
- Understand customer needs and support them by relaying information promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment that includes colleagues from varied cultural backgrounds.
- Review and assess information from multiple sources to support operational decisions.
- Act on situations flagged by surveillance and computer analysis tools.
- Monitor non-gaming, gaming, and cash-handling areas using advanced surveillance and information technology systems in line with standard procedures.
- Observe team members and customers from the monitor room in accordance with company policies, internal controls, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
- Identify and escalate illegal or suspicious activity involving team members or customers when needed.
Requirements
The position is open to candidates with at least a secondary school education and no prior experience is needed. Applicants should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, able to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts, and public holidays, and bring strong attention to detail along with good communication skills.
