Your role will involve supervising contractor activities to ensure full compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, and approved drawings. You will be responsible for performing detailed daily inspections and providing timely reports to management to guarantee quality and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections on ongoing road construction works, verifying contractor conformance to contract specifications and shop drawings.
• Monitor daily progress of all road-related activities and update line management through detailed reporting.
• Ensure execution of work aligns with approved methodologies, completing checks and recording observations.
• Verify compliance with site instructions and promptly communicate findings to the Resident Engineer.
• Supervise service locations on site to safeguard infrastructure.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of eight years’ practical experience in civil works, particularly related to road and bridge projects.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
