Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products at diverse client locations across Sydney.
• Work independently to achieve service objectives while managing client relationships effectively.
• Address on-site client concerns proactively and escalate issues appropriately.
• Follow all Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) guidelines diligently.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation through mobile technology.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Holder of a current, valid Australian driver's license (including Green P-plates eligible to apply).
• Experience working in cleaning or a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good eye for detail, particularly related to hygiene and service quality.
• Current Working With Children Check is required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks: police, medical, and reference verification.
