Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will serve as the initial contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and empathetic. You will facilitate smooth clinic operations by managing appointments, responding to inquiries, handling client communications, and collaborating closely with both clinical and administrative staff to ensure positive experiences for clients and their pets.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Work 4 or 5 days per week plus shared Saturdays
Essential Duties
- Provide a friendly, professional, and compassionate client and patient experience
- Efficiently manage phone calls, bookings, and client correspondence
- Accurately process cash and card payments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily reception operations
- Maintain composure, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced, emotionally challenging environment

Compensation
Salary range: Up to 26,520 per annum
