Overview
This role is based in West Jurong, Singapore, offering a one-year contract with a reputable multinational fast-moving consumer goods company known for its market-leading consumer products and innovative culture. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, documentation, and logistical support ensuring compliance with applicable standard operating procedures and regulatory frameworks during clinical trial execution.
- Manage electronic trial master files including their setup, ongoing maintenance, quality control checks, and archiving following best practices.
- Track financial aspects of trials by managing vendor onboarding, verifying invoices, updating budget tracking tools, and monitoring actual expenditures.
- Develop review structures and documentation standards to maintain quality oversight of third-party partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional operational tasks to guarantee regulatory compliance and timely completion of study objectives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, complemented by practical experience with regulated clinical studies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing trial master files and electronic document management systems.
- Strong understanding of good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines, quality control, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational planning skills with the ability to multitask within structured project timelines.
- Effective communication abilities coupled with a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across multiple functional teams.
