Job Description
This role focuses on the preparation and execution of CNC plasma cutting operations for HR plates, ensuring adherence to project drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate HR Plate Cutting Lists based on approved designs and project specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC Plasma Machine programs to perform precise cutting tasks on HR plates.
- Plan and organize production goals on a per-project basis to guarantee timely completion.
- Conduct quality inspections of the cut plates, verifying conformity with technical drawings, tolerances, and internal standards.
- Optimize raw material use to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage CNC Plasma Machine operations during urgent scenarios to prevent production delays.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and planning departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold an ITI Certification in Machinist to qualify for this position.
Additional Information
The salary range for this position is between INR 200,000 and 250,000 annually.
