About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commi 1 Chef to join our kitchen team at Horn Please, situated in C.R. Park, New Delhi. This role demands hands-on cooking expertise across multiple cuisines including Indian, Basic Continental, Fast Food, and Basic Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare dishes from Indian, Basic Continental, Fast Food, and Basic Chinese categories.
• Maintain strict hygiene and comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and high quality of food served.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations while working efficiently under pressure.
• Demonstrate discipline, a strong work ethic, and collaborate effectively as part of the kitchen team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Commi Chef.
• Ability to handle diverse cuisine preparations with confidence and independence.

Additional Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration package ranging from INR 22,000 to INR 33,000. The role requires presence in the Delhi-NCR region.
