Compliance Manager (Contract, Remote)

Role Summary

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting business operations and compliance procedures for AI-driven systems. Your expertise will ensure that regulatory requirements are converted into practical and actionable processes, making compliance both efficient and transparent across various business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and assess comprehensive business operations and compliance case studies.
• Translate legal and policy requirements into actionable checklists and sequential approval workflows.
• Lead the design and implementation of ongoing compliance training and periodic control mechanisms.
• Establish Roles, Accountability, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) matrices, perform data integrity checks, and oversee approval flow management.
• Organize, facilitate, and document compliance-related sessions, assigning responsibility and following up on outstanding actions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Comprehensive background in business operations, regulatory controls, or managing compliance/risk programs, especially within advertising, marketing, or operations teams.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing compliance training initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex requirements and escalating legal concerns appropriately.
• Preferred experience in sectors such as media, publishing, live events, or consumer subscriptions.

Compensation and Work Structure

• Hourly compensation: $150 per hour
• Expected workload: 10–40 hours per week
• Fully remote position, offering flexibility
