Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor daily construction tasks and supervise staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Recruit and assess the performance of on-site laborers and workers.
- Maintain discipline and enforce procedures among junior personnel.
Compensation
