About the Role

Corporate Solution Group is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Construction Skills Trainers to provide both practical and theoretical instruction to construction workers. Candidates should bring extensive hands-on experience in various construction trades and demonstrate the capability to educate on technical skills, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical workshops and classroom-based sessions effectively for construction workforce.
Instruct trainees in trades such as Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical works, Bar Bending, Welding, HVAC, Painting, and Tile & Marble Installation.
Impart training covering Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) measures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Fire Safety, First Aid techniques, Working at Heights, and Construction Site Safety guidelines.
Demonstrate correct handling and operation of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
Evaluate trainees through both practical assignments and theoretical assessments to monitor their progress.
Maintain meticulous attendance logs, prepare assessment documentation, and manage all training-related records.
Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations and quality control procedures throughout training activities.
Provide assistance in certification processes, skill evaluations, and support job placement efforts post-training.
