Overview
Teaching Socials stands as one of the fastest-growing consulting firms across the DACH region, specializing as the top advisory entity for Personal Brands in finance and real estate sectors.
Role & Impact
As a Content Director, you will be the strategic architect behind our entire content framework, tasked with not just creating content but forging dominant market-leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategies for multi-channel presence including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create content formats, series, and distinct brand positioning.
- Conduct trend research and ideation to lead rather than follow market shifts.
- Craft hooks, scripts, and viral content mechanisms.
- Narrate compelling stories centered on building a 100-million-euro company.
- Analyze watch-time, viewer drop-offs, and content performance data.
- Derive actionable insights from creator analytics to fine-tune strategies.
- Integrate AI-based tools in ideation, scripting, and data analysis, embracing an AI-first approach.
- Iterate, test, and scale content formats effectively.
- Manage a structured content calendar diligently.
- Develop content by leveraging interviews and raw footage.
- Be present onsite in the Mannheim/Hockenheim office to collaborate actively.
- Participate in front of the camera as part of content delivery.
- Work closely with editing, social media, and leadership teams.
- Establish scalable content systems for sustained growth.
Requirements
- Have content creation as an intrinsic part of your identity beyond a mere job.
- Possess deep knowledge of viral content strategies and platform algorithms.
- Exhibit a keen sense for trends, engaging hooks, and storytelling techniques.
- Showcase proven content success backed by concrete performance metrics.
- Experience in building personal brands or creator channels.
- Think natively of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Adopt an AI-first mindset.
- Understand basic editing concepts such as timing, captions, and B-roll usage.
- Comfortable and experienced in appearing on camera.
- Have grown your own channels independently.
- Maintain high energy levels and a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate a 'student mentality' with full ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to relocate to Mannheim.
- Commit fully with 100% dedication.
What We Are Not Looking For
- Traditional social media managers lacking strategic vision.
- Candidates with no measurable content achievements.
- Individuals producing content without understanding performance.
- Pure copywriters focusing solely on emails, funnels or landing pages.
- Those lacking ambition for growth.
Additional Information
This position requires physical presence at the Mannheim/Hockenheim office and involves both strategic leadership and hands-on content creation, including on-camera involvement. The role emphasizes a blend of creativity, data-driven optimization, and trendsetting in the personal branding space within finance and real estate industries.
