Role Overview
The Contract Manager position, located in Durrës and requiring on-site presence, entails full-time responsibility for managing contractual agreements with hotels, travel agencies, and other partners. Key duties include negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts to ensure advantageous terms and adherence to corporate policies. The role involves overseeing a centralized contract database, monitoring critical deadlines and obligations, and coordinating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align contracts with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and prepare contracts with various partners ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
- Maintain an organized and centralized repository for all contractual documents.
- Track key contract dates and obligations vigilantly to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to synchronize contractual agreements with company goals.
- Resolve issues related to contracts and monitor their performance continuously.
- Update contract templates and procedural guidelines to reflect current legal and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners to support risk management and operational improvements.
- Contribute to optimizing processes throughout the lifecycle of contracts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.
- Understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and compliance basics within hospitality or travel industries.
- Competence with document management systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools for contract organization and tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaborating internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret contract language and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Management, or related areas.
- Prior experience in contract management or procurement preferably in hospitality, travel, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in English plus other industry-relevant languages is an advantage.
