Role Overview
We seek an on-site Contract & Proposal professional for our Ahmedabad office. This full-time role involves crafting, scrutinizing, and managing contracts and proposals related to clinical research projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with multiple departments to collect project-specific information, prepare cost analyses and proposals, and negotiate contract terms with sponsors and partners under senior guidance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining a central contract repository, monitoring contract progress and key dates, facilitating prompt contract execution including amendments, analyzing contractual risks, proposing risk mitigation plans, and helping enhance templates and workflow processes.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Applicants with degrees in B.Pharm or M.Sc. are eligible; legal or law graduates should not apply.
- Strong expertise in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining clinical research agreements and related documentation is essential.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and clear communication to coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams is required to ensure favorable and compliant contract terms.
- Prior relevant experience handling contracts and proposals within a clinical research organization environment is necessary.
