Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support the growth of our GTM teams, including departments like Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Renewals, Sales Data Science, and Sales Enablement. This role involves end-to-end recruiting processes to attract and secure top-tier talent through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and effective partnership with hiring leaders. Candidates must reside within the U.S. but outside the San Francisco Bay, NYC, and Washington D.C. metro areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment by developing and executing strategies to address talent needs and build diverse candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media outreach.
• Engage passive candidates creatively and foster compelling visions of career opportunities at Samsara.
• Efficiently manage multiple open roles and maintain exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team objectives, coordinate interview feedback, and facilitate the offer process including approvals and negotiations.
• Analyze recruitment data to uncover insights, anticipate challenges, and optimize sourcing and selection strategies.
• Communicate clearly and adapt messaging for varied audiences and contexts.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify and resolve recruitment process obstacles.
• Champion diversity by implementing inclusive sourcing and interviewing techniques, coaching interviewers to mitigate bias, and supporting objective candidate evaluations.
• Maintain data accuracy within ATS tools like Greenhouse and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Advocate for Samsara’s culture reflecting our values: customer focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years of experience recruiting in dynamic, demanding environments.
• Proven ability to establish, measure, and scale efficient workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
• Strong strategic sourcing expertise and passion for connecting talent with fitting roles.
• Professional demeanor with confidence representing the company internally and externally.
• Target-oriented, detail-conscious, approachable, and committed to uplifting peers.
• Prior experience in technology sectors is preferred.
• Proficient in using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is $83,538 to $126,360 annually, with variation based on location, skills, and experience. Eligible employees may receive restricted stock units with no vesting cliff and performance-based refreshers.
