About Elevate and the Role
Elevate is seeking a Contract Specialist to join its Contracts business unit, delivering high-quality contract services to a diverse client base. The role involves handling various contract-related tasks within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Elevate blends consulting, technology, and legal services to enhance law departments and law firms' efficiency and outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and manage global vendor and merchant contracts.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities such as intake, triage, assignment, preparation or review, collection of signatures and data, and storage.
- Handle contracts related to vendor support and real estate agreements within scope.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams, procurement, and business units to independently fulfill requests.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum three years of experience supporting transactional contracts, including reviewing and interpreting commercial agreements like procurement, sales, NDAs, software licenses, and real estate agreements.
- Professional Hebrew proficiency is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize numerous projects and thrive under competing demands.
- Attention to detail while maintaining perspective on overarching objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperative and courteous relationships.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capability to perform quality control on own work and that of others.
Technical Proficiencies
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite or Google applications.
- Familiarity with contract management, reporting, and workflow software is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The US national salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with expertise, skills, and location. Elevate provides a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.
