Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and deliver exemplary templates, samples, and annotated examples for various types of commercial agreements. These include Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other Licensing Agreements. The specialist will ensure all documents align with up-to-date legal standards, industry best practices, and real-world commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and evaluate high-quality contract templates and samples across multiple agreement categories.
Maintain legal accuracy and market relevance in all contractual documents.
Provide well-structured, superior documents to enhance an AI training project dataset.
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication both verbally and in writing to clarify project requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

Currently practicing or recently qualified commercial lawyer experienced in contract drafting and negotiation.
Familiarity with MSAs, lease agreements, intellectual property contracts, and marketing-related contracts.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on precision and clarity in contract language.
Proven capability to develop legal documents adaptable for practical business applications.
Experience working independently and remotely, managing timely submissions.
Strong attention to detail ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
Interest or experience in legal operations, technology, or AI-related platforms is advantageous.
