Overview
The Creative Coordinator plays a crucial role in organizing and monitoring project data to ensure tasks are completed on time and that the creative team is well-supported in delivering excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of internal projects for designated clients to guarantee efficient progress and adherence to client requirements.
- Assist with inputting and updating project details in project management tools like Workfront to facilitate accurate progress tracking.
- Support the coordination of project meetings and deadlines, notifying all involved team members accordingly.
- Distribute status updates and reminders about project tasks to team members as needed.
- Maintain well-organized project documentation following agency standards.
- Provide broad administrative assistance to the Creative Project Management team when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or comparable professional experience preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, particularly Workfront, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability combined with a drive for ongoing process enhancements.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and manage multiple projects in a dynamic workplace.
- Capability to follow instructions carefully and seek clarification when needed.
