Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, skilled multi-trade Craftsman/Handyman to deliver quality repairs across various trades. The ideal candidate embraces a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills while working independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Inspect customer properties to identify additional repair opportunities and communicate these effectively to clients.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and integrity while striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Foster customer trust by delivering quality workmanship and encouraging repeat business through excellent service.
• Collaborate with management, office staff, suppliers, and customers professionally and courteously.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of handyman experience across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, siding, and fencing.
• Possession of necessary tools and a personal truck or van.
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance including a clean-cut look, organized tools, and a neat vehicle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with management, customers, and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, optimistic team player who enjoys varied work and views each call as an opportunity for success.
• Availability to start immediately is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekend work.
