Role Overview
We are establishing a compact, dedicated internal creative team and seek an individual proficient in both conceptual and hands-on creative work. This role involves leading and executing creative content production for Path's marketing efforts with opportunities to influence brand direction over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photography and videography capturing products, personnel, customer stories, and environment imagery for core marketing campaigns.
- Lead photo and video shoots at company events, customer sites, and other initiatives.
- Edit and color grade video and photo content delivering optimized materials for web, print, and social media channels.
- Create motion graphics and light visual effects to enhance digital and video content.
- Assist design projects supporting campaigns, sales collaterals, and product launches.
- Develop visual assets including banners, slide decks, web graphics, trade show materials, and one-pagers.
- Conceive and produce creative work aligned with upcoming campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Adapt existing creative into multiple formats such as short videos, GIFs, and social reels.
- Capture live content during trade shows, headquarters events, and field setups, producing post-event highlight reels and curated imagery ready for press and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on shoot logistics, shot lists, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain brand consistency by following Path's visual identity guidelines and organize a structured media library.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of experience producing photo and video content within marketing, agency, or in-house creative environments, or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
- Proven ability to independently manage creative projects from concept through final production without senior oversight.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or similar software.
- Ability to work autonomously on a small team, managing shoots and timelines independently.
- Comfort and safety compliance in active manufacturing settings.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% for trade shows, client locations, and field installations.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or technical content is advantageous.
- Skills in motion graphics, 3D modeling, or CAD visualization are desirable.
- Experience in producing live event or trade show content is a plus.
- Familiarity with brand systems and adherence to established design standards is preferred.
