The role is based in Berlin, Germany, and runs for 12 weeks from September to December 2026. It is a part-time internship with 20 flexible hours per week. The position is intended for a final-year student.
The Growth Creative Production team creates and expands performance marketing concepts used across more than 30 Wolt markets worldwide. The group blends creative strategy, design, experimentation, and production quality to support customer acquisition and business growth through effective campaigns.
Role summary
The Creative QA Intern will help protect the quality, accuracy, and consistency of marketing creatives across international markets. Working in Celtra, you will review static and video assets, check promotional messaging, confirm design standards, and support the team in producing reliable creative output at global scale.
Beyond quality checks, you will also join creative concept discussions and get exposure to the full creative production workflow that supports Wolt’s growth marketing activity.
Key responsibilities
- Review globally produced static and video creatives in Celtra and flag quality issues.
- Check visual balance, layout consistency, headline structure, text stacking, widows, orphaned words, line spacing, and overall readability.
- Make sure text does not interfere with important visual elements.
- Confirm that design components are aligned and displayed correctly.
- Ensure terms and conditions are visible, legible, and not covering CTAs or other critical elements.
- Validate that logos, headlines, promo codes, calls to action, images, and legal text are placed correctly.
- Check that assets follow channel and platform best practices.
- Verify that promotional offers, codes, and campaign messages are current and correct.
- Match creative output against the approved brief and market-specific needs.
- Review video assets for animation flow, timing, formatting, cut-offs, and visual glitches.
- Ensure messaging remains clear and readable throughout the full video.
- Record QA feedback clearly, track fixes, and help confirm that issues have been resolved.
- Support broader creative production work and related team initiatives when needed.
- Join brainstorming sessions and share ideas during concept development.
- Learn how performance marketing concepts are built and adapted for different countries.
- Develop familiarity with channel best practices across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Work with Brand Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Producers on day-to-day tasks.
- Help maintain well-organized documentation and smooth production workflows.
What Wolt is looking for
- Very strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
- Interest in marketing, advertising, design, or creative production.
- A structured, organized, and process-driven way of working.
- Comfort reviewing content in several formats.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Prior experience with design tools such as Celtra, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required.
