Role overview
Wolt is hiring a Senior Sourcer to join the Director and Senior Director hiring pod. This role works closely with two TA Partners and an existing Senior Sourcer to support senior leadership hiring. The pod focuses on sourcing and talent intelligence, partnering with the business to build strong and diverse leadership pipelines and to inform longer-term talent planning.
What you will do
- Work side by side with a TA Partner on Director-level and above hiring, while contributing to the broader Director+ pod and the sourcing team.
- Help plan and run search engagements for Director and Senior Director roles, including mapping talent markets, calibrating role profiles, and aligning searches with external market realities.
- Carry out market mapping and research to surface meaningful talent insights that support both current hiring and future leadership needs.
- Find, approach, and nurture senior candidates, building relationships that can support long-term leadership pipelines.
- Create qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for active Director+ searches through proactive outreach and networking.
- Turn role expectations into clear candidate profiles and support the screening and presentation of shortlisted candidates.
- Review sourcing performance using data and reporting, including pipeline health, search progress, and market trends.
- Suggest and implement ways to improve sourcing methods, candidate engagement, and overall search outcomes.
- Maintain a strong, high-touch candidate journey throughout the entire Director+ hiring process.
Our humble expectations
The ideal candidate has experience in senior-level sourcing, talent research, or talent intelligence, preferably for Director or Senior Director profiles. They should be confident in market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification, and comfortable using data and market insights to guide sourcing decisions and influence partners. Experience working in a consultative model with recruiters and senior stakeholders is important, along with a creative and resourceful approach to sourcing difficult or specialized leadership roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative working style.
