Through curated Apple sessions and events, you will motivate customers to explore, embrace, and appreciate Apple products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging 'Today at Apple' sessions to maximize customer participation.
• Create enthusiasm and engagement around Apple products and services via planned programming and events.
• Design interactive experiences that empower customers to fully utilize the Apple ecosystem.
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs, fostering product ownership.
• Assist customers in device setup and troubleshooting.
• Use internal support resources effectively to aid customers in expanding their technical knowledge.
• Support various customer-facing duties as required, both on and off the sales floor.
• Promote inclusivity by respecting diverse perspectives and cultivating a culture of curiosity and learning.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work business-driven schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays, reliably attending as scheduled and complying with local regulations.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in the local language, both verbal and written.

• Comfortable delivering presentations and teaching to live audiences.
• Ability to adapt facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles, audiences, and settings.
