Crew Leader in Training

About the Role

We are looking for a Crew Leader who is a collaborative team player eager to earn a substantial income while delivering outstanding service to every customer. This physically demanding position offers a safe work environment where quality and efficiency are rewarded with higher pay. Following successful completion of our 90-day Crew Leader training program, employees become eligible for a generous production bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Training Wage: $35 per hour during initial training
• Post-Training Pay: $22 per hour plus 60% commission on production
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Employment Type: Full-time W2 employee

Location

This position is located in Bessemer, Alabama.

Experience and Qualifications

• Required: Previous carpentry and rough framing experience
• Experience in subfloor installation
• Strong customer service skills
• Leadership and crew management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: Remodeling experience
• Experience replacing structural wood components beneath homes (main beams, joists)
• Managing teams of three or more
