Maneva Consulting is hiring a seasoned CRM Sales Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related customer engagement and Power Platform capabilities. This role is suited to professionals who can shape solutions, run functional demos, guide stakeholders, and support presales activities across complex enterprise scenarios.

Core expertise required
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Working understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including different deployment models and where each fits best.
- Familiarity with Dynamics Field Service.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, including data and journey scenarios.
- Hands-on use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
- Solutioning experience with Copilot Studio apps.
- Knowledge of Copilot embedded apps and related use cases.
- Ability to integrate Customer Voice into different business scenarios.
- Experience handling migration paths such as PSA to Project Operations and outbound journeys to real-time marketing.
- Comfort managing and maintaining functional demo environments and presenting demos.
- Ability to work with project, SMU, and domain teams to design solutions aligned to specific use cases.
- Capability to gather requirements, troubleshoot business problems, and present clear demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Practical experience building solutions while coordinating with developers for customization, extension, and integration.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and changing situations.
- Strong point of view on industry-specific scenarios and practical business use cases.
- Background in supporting pre-sales pursuits, with at least 7 to 8 years in GTM-driven situations.
- Good understanding of enterprise environments and broader technology landscapes.
- Advisory knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
- At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Customer Engagement applications.
