Oracle OTM / GTM Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview

Maneva Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle OTM/GTM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions.

Experience and Location

The role calls for 8 to 15 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with a Pan India work scope. The notice period expected is immediate to 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of gathering requirements, shaping the solution, configuring the platform, and delivering Oracle OTM and GTM implementations.
• Set up and maintain OTM capabilities such as order management, shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, and shipment visibility.
• Implement GTM features covering trade compliance, restricted party screening, product classification, and customs management.
• Create and maintain integrations using XML, REST and SOAP APIs, web services, OIC, and middleware tools.
• Build and manage OTM agents, automation workflows, user setups, screen sets, and custom reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, logistics teams, carriers, and external vendors to deliver solutions that can scale.
• Support testing phases, including system testing and UAT, along with deployment and post-go-live support.
• Investigate both functional and technical issues and drive them to resolution.
• Prepare functional documents, technical design materials, and solution-level documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of consulting experience in Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Solid knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain, and international trade operations.
• Practical exposure to OTM/GTM configuration, tailoring, and system integration.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP services, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM environments and integration approaches.
• Strong communication, client interaction, and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Preferred Background

• Experience delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle OTM/GTM implementations.
• Oracle OTM/GTM certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in global logistics, freight operations, and trade compliance initiatives is preferred.
