Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a voice-based process. This full-time position offers a monthly net take-home salary of up to 38,000 INR. Candidates who can join immediately are highly desired.
Work Schedule
The role requires working five days per week with two rotational weekly offs. Working hours follow a 24/7 rotational shift pattern.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
- At least six months of experience in an international BPO environment.
- Proficient spoken English communication skills.
- Capability to work within a rotational shift system.
