Job description
Role Overview
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be part of our Customer Support team, focusing on assisting customers with queries related to pre-travel and post-travel services worldwide. This position involves addressing escalations, managing complaints from dissatisfied clients, and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints concerning travel services.
- Meet resolution targets as defined in SLAs by efficiently closing customer faults and complaints.
- Apply general guidelines and precedents to solve routine problems in customer interactions, using voice or non-voice communication channels.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Qualification: Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation degree.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply as we are conducting bulk hiring.
Compensation and Growth
- Monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
