About Audika
Audika is part of Demant, a global hearing healthcare company focused on delivering modern solutions for people living with hearing loss. With more than 22,000 people employed worldwide and operations in over 130 countries, the group is dedicated to improving everyday life through better hearing. In Australia, Audika runs more than 350 clinics and supports thousands of clients with quality care each day.
About the Role
The Customer Care Representative role sits within the Customer Growth Team and is centered on helping more people access better hearing support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is upbeat, motivated, and genuinely interested in making a positive difference through customer conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Use dedicated tools and campaign activity to bring in new customers.
- Turn incoming enquiries into booked appointments and continued care.
- Reach back out to customers who have previously disengaged.
- Provide caring, professional, and high-quality customer interactions.
- Work toward targets as part of a collaborative, high-achieving team.
What We’re Looking For
Audika is seeking someone with a proactive mindset, strong verbal communication, and a genuine desire to succeed. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting goals, performs well in a busy and target-focused environment, and brings resilience, accountability, and teamwork to the role. Backgrounds in customer service, contact centres, sales, or appointment-setting environments are well suited to this position.
Why Join Audika
This is more than a standard call centre role. It offers the chance to contribute meaningfully each day while building a career in a purpose-led organisation. You’ll receive thorough onboarding, continuous training, coaching, and opportunities for personal development. Performance-based monthly and quarterly bonuses are available, along with a positive, friendly, and supportive workplace. Staff also receive access to MyRewards, which includes discounts, gifts, and wellbeing support.
Values and Culture
Audika promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace that recognises and respects its people. The company is guided by values that encourage trust, teamwork, innovation, and a can-do approach. The goal is to create a supportive environment where employees can grow and succeed while helping transform lives through hearing care.
Recruitment Process
- Applications are reviewed carefully by the Talent Acquisition team against the requirements of the role.
- Shortlisted candidates are invited to an initial phone or video conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Selected applicants then attend an in-person interview with the hiring team, which may include behavioural and situational questions and, for some roles, a short task or role-play exercise.
The company aims to keep the hiring process engaging, clear, and transparent, and provides timely updates throughout. Candidates may contact the Talent Acquisition partner with any questions or updates during the process.
