About the Role

The Customer Engagement Associate will serve as the initial contact point for customers, delivering courteous and professional support from their first inquiry through to course completion. This position plays an essential role in upholding the high-quality service standards known at SIMIAN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer calls and emails providing clear, courteous, and accurate information.
  • Handle bookings and coordinate training schedules efficiently.
  • Maintain precise customer records and assist in generating reports.
  • Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to ensure seamless course delivery.
  • Support the Customer Engagement Lead and National Business Development Manager with administrative and communication duties.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business with existing clients.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of customer service processes.
  • Represent SIMIAN professionally and positively at all times.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
