Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with car insurance renewal quotes through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Clearly communicate insurance details including quotes, coverage options, additional benefits, and policy features to clients.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed policy renewals.
- Foster robust customer relationships by offering prompt assistance and addressing basic inquiries efficiently.
- Accurately record customer interactions, follow-up progress, and policy closure information in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely issuance of policies and support for customers.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary in the range of 12,000 to 21,000 INR.
