About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Angel One Limited Franchise located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This position primarily involves managing client interactions, providing comprehensive client support without imposing any sales targets, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients in a professional manner.
- Deliver precise and reliable information about the company's services to clients.
- Support clients by resolving queries, addressing issues, and assisting with account-related concerns.
- Keep accurate client records and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
- Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication and guidance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- At least two years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, or client handling roles.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with web browsing and email communication is essential.
- Strong Hindi communication skills required; proficiency in English is a plus.
